关于苹果诉 HTC 之事，我觉得最好的读解是那句：专利律师、前IBM知识产权战略副总裁Kevin Rivette 说，诉讼“是战斗打响的第一枪。苹果是越岛作战，首先攻击亚洲公司。接下来的目标可能是摩托罗拉，一步步蚕食Google的阵地。他们想要终结Android海啸。
