Jack Dorsey 正被捧为新一代的超级创业者。几年前，他看到很多人在 MSN 的 ID 栏上频繁更换名字，将一些看似无用的琐碎信息写的千奇百怪，他想到了一款产品，那就是后来的 Twitter。而在因为外界无从知晓的原因离开 Twitter 后，他又以迅雷不及掩耳盗铃之势搞出了一个叫做 Square 的产品：使企业和个人能通过 iPhone 等电子设备迅速接受信用卡、借记卡和预付卡支付。

此前我们只知道这个东西的一个大概原理：在设备一侧的刷卡槽刷下卡，设备就可读取信用卡卡号并转化为音频信号，通过耳机接口传输到 iPhone，随后 iPhone 的应用软件对信号进行编码并通过移动网络将交易数据发送到 Square 的服务器上。这些信息在发送前都是经过加密处理过的。

现在，产品 demo 已经出来，而演示者正是 Square 的天使之一 Kevin Rose。视频中说，此产品几个月内即将面市，实在是 2010 年最让人期待的产品之一。
